At 7:08 a.m., a confrontation between two employees escalated in the parking garage, leading to gunfire. The assailant discharged the weapon five times, injuring a 25-year-old Troy man twice in the arm. The victim is currently stable. Although the suspect was initially at large, officials confirmed he wasn’t on hospital premises. While the hospital remains on lockdown during the area sweep with drones and K9s, they anticipate lifting restrictions soon.
