Butler and Curry Propel Warriors to Playoffs

Jimmy Butler and Stephen Curry shared a heartfelt embrace, with Butler shining brightly under the playoff spotlight and lifting a weight off Curry’s shoulders. Together, they’re propelling the Golden State Warriors into the playoffs.

“I know I want to win a championship, and for him, this would be No. 5, right?” Butler remarked, his determination clear.

In an electrifying performance, Butler contributed 38 points, seven rebounds, and six assists, making impactful plays on both sides of the court whenever possible. Curry matched the intensity, scoring 37 points and helping secure the Warriors’ place as the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 121-116 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in Tuesday’s Play-In Tournament.

Curry’s sharp shooting sealed the game, as he sank a baseline 3-pointer with 1:50 remaining, followed by another from the left wing with just a minute left. He then coolly knocked down four crucial free throws in the final five seconds.

With this win, Golden State is set to face the Rockets in a best-of-seven first-round series, starting with Game 1 on Sunday in Houston.
