Ingredients

  • 5 lbs of Chicken Breast
  • 16 oz of Good Culture Cottage Cheese
  • 16 oz of Sprouts Greek Yogurt
  • 2 packets (1.50 oz each) of Simply Organic Ranch Dips
  • 1 bottle (467 grams) of Primal Kitchen Original Buffalo Sauce
  • 32 oz of Mexican Blend Cheese

Instructions

  1. Take a large stock pot, fill it with a gallon of water, and add the 5 pounds of chicken. Cook on medium-high heat for 25 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Drain the water and mix in one packet of Simply Organic Ranch Dip. Shred the chicken well.

  2. Blend the 16 ounces of Sprouts Greek yogurt and the 16 ounces of Good Culture cottage cheese with the remaining packet of the ranch dip mix until smooth.

  3. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Place the chicken in a casserole dish, adding the bottle of Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce and one cup of the Mexican blend cheese. Carefully fold in the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt mixture until everything is well incorporated. Top the dish with the remaining 3 cups of cheese and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.

  4. Remove the dip from the oven when the cheese on top is golden and bubbly. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
