Lowe’s has unveiled plans to purchase Artisan Design Group (ADG) from Dallas for a substantial $1.325 billion. ADG is renowned for its expertise in flooring, cabinets, and countertops. In 2024, ADG reported a significant revenue of around $1.8 billion.

The acquisition is strategically designed to bolster Lowe’s Pro business, particularly in the $50 billion interior finishes sector. The transaction is projected to finalize by the second quarter of 2025.
