A Minnesota Senator hailing from Grand Rapids, identified as Justin Eichorn, 40, found himself in legal trouble following an arrest for allegedly soliciting a minor with intents of engaging in prostitution. On March 17, authorities in Bloomington apprehended Eichorn after they intercepted online communications between him and an individual he believed to be a 16-year-old girl.
The arrest operation culminated when a detective coordinated a meeting with Eichorn near the 8300 block of Normandale Boulevard in Bloomington. Upon his arrival in the designated area driving a pickup truck, Eichorn was taken into custody and subsequently booked into jail.
While formal charges have yet to be pressed, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office announced that felony charges related to the solicitation of a minor in prostitution are imminent, according to a recent press release.
