Jocelyn’s body was found on June 17; she had been strangled to death after being lured to the site by the suspects who allegedly killed her.

The heartbreaking case captured the public’s attention, as Trump introduced Jocelyn’s mother during his address. He revealed that, in memory of her daughter, a 34,000-acre wildlife refuge is being named in her honor.
