In addition, the 49ers have notified seasoned fullback Kyle Juszczyk of his impending release, as reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN.com. Juszczyk, a fourth-round draft choice by the Ravens in 2013, dedicated four years to Baltimore before joining San Francisco, where he spent eight seasons. A remarkable nine-time Pro Bowler, he has also been named first-team All-Pro once and second-team All-Pro once. He was set to receive a base salary of $4.1 million in 2025, plus a $100,000 signing bonus. Despite this change, according to Schefter, Juszczyk plans to continue his NFL career.
