Brooklyn Park officials confirmed a tragic event on Saturday afternoon when a plane crashed into a residential home. Sadly, there were no survivors among the passengers on board the aircraft. Fortunately, the residents of the home escaped unharmed.

The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. near the intersection of 109th Avenue North and Noble Parkway. The ill-fated aircraft, identified as a SOCATA TBM7, is a single-engine business plane. It had taken off from Des Moines International Airport in Iowa and was en route to Anoka County-Blaine Airport in Minneapolis.

The investigation into the incident will be led by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), with support from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Their inquiry will delve into the causes and circumstances surrounding the crash to prevent future occurrences.
