Tyreek Hill’s activity on social media is stirring rumors about his potential future with the Miami Dolphins. Although it’s uncertain if he will still be a Dolphin in the 2025 NFL season, his offseason online presence suggests a possible trade move before the season kicks off. Dolphins’ head coach Mike McDaniel, however, remains confident the five-time first-team All-Pro will continue in South Florida. “We are fully planning to move forward as a better version of our relationship with Tyreek and the Miami Dolphins,” McDaniel stated at the NFL league meetings, as reported by the Sun Sentinel. “I have no reason to think otherwise,” he added, playfully acknowledging how unpredictable the NFL can be. “I mean, I can certainly say with certainty that at this certain moment,” he quipped, “You know, a lot of things can happen in the National Football League, so you throw absolutes out there, and then — ‘Hey, you said this!’“

Speculation around Hill’s status with the team arose after he insinuated he might leave Miami following the Dolphins’ final regular-season game. The following day, general manager Chris Grier confirmed Hill hadn’t sought a trade. Weeks later, Hill retracted his earlier comments, admitting they were fueled by frustration. On Sunday, Hill added a peace-out emoji on X, responding to a post discussing his potential availability in a draft day deal. The next day, he labeled a narrative suggesting Hill’s openness to a trade to a playoff contender as “another false narrative.” “Tyreek’s known for whatever antics on social media,” noted McDaniel, who also mentioned he hasn’t spoken to Hill recently.

Beyond his social media antics, Hill has focused on recovering from wrist surgery, ensuring he’ll be ready for training camp. Additionally, he’s setting up a 60-meter race with Noah Lyles, the 2024 Olympic men’s 100-meter gold medalist, hinting at an exciting event later this year.
