However, these clouds are expected to break up later, allowing sunshine to peek through around noon in DFW. The afternoon will be calm, with temperatures rising into the 80s. Winds will be gusty, reaching speeds of 25 to 30 mph, though no storms are anticipated as a stable air layer should remain intact.
