NASA is gearing up for its tenth manned mission to the International Space Station, courtesy of SpaceX, as part of the groundbreaking Commercial Crew Program. The excitement of witnessing a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket taking off can be experienced up close at the Banana Creek Launch Viewing Area or from the aptly named North Atlantis Lawn within the Main Visitor Complex.

For this momentous journey, a seasoned crew will be on board. The mission will lift off from Launch Complex 39A, with the SpaceX Falcon 9 propelling them toward the ISS. The team comprises Anne McClain serving as NASA’s Mission Commander, Nichole Ayers handling pilots’ duties as NASA’s Mission Pilot, Kirill Peskov from Roscosmos as the Mission Specialist, and JAXA’s Takuya Onishi also contributing as a Mission Specialist.

Circle March 14 at 7:03 PM on your calendars for this monumental event! Whether you’re following from home or witnessing it in person, it’s an unparalleled opportunity to watch human space exploration take a significant leap forward.
